Incredible stay! The restaurant is Michelin Starred level, the spa is wonderful, the staff very helpful and the location very close to the Miyajima Ferry.

The room was clean and relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel. Fresh towels were provided daily, as well as pajamas. It is located conveniently near a tran station. However the provided facilities were very lacking. The coin laundry on the 14th floor is actually just four machines, intended to be shared by the entire hotel. When I went to use the coin laundry one of the machines was broken, and the other three were taken up. I ended up having to walk 10 minutes to a local coin laundry to wash my things. Also, the spa was totally useless to me as a tattooed person. Tattooed people are only allowed to use the spa from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. God forbid a Japanese person has to lay eyes upon a white woman with a bird tattoo. I probably will not stay here again

The hotel experience was excellent… not only due to the central location; but also due to the spacious and clean room, the helpful staff and the excellent breakfast and late afternoon drinks & snacks. The room was quiet. Some waiting required for elevators. Thankful for the variety of pillows on the bed. The blackout blind ensured the room was dark for sleeping. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to staying at the Tokyo Intergate Kyobashi tonight.

"This hotel was fine. Room small but that's not unusual for a Japanese hotel. Nice there's a reasonably priced coin laundry on site. Restaurant breakfast not for this person! Not much choice. Staff good but English is very limited."
